• Custom QR code generation linked to a personalised review page
• AI-generated review text tailored to your business type
• Multi-language review support (English, Hinglish, Gujarati, and more)

We provide a tool that assists customers in writing reviews. We do not post reviews on behalf of businesses or customers.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Operate a legitimate business with a valid Google Business Profile
• Use our platform in accordance with Google's Terms of Service and review policies

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use our platform to generate fake reviews for businesses you do not own or operate
• Incentivise customers with payments, discounts, or gifts in exchange for posting AI-generated reviews (this violates Google's policies)
• Post reviews on behalf of customers without their explicit knowledge and consent
• Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI technology
• Overwhelm our servers with excessive or automated requests

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you are violating these terms.

4. Customer Responsibility

When your customers scan your QR code and use our review generation page:

• The AI-generated review text is provided as a suggestion only. Customers are free to modify, edit, or discard the text.
• The decision to post the review on Google is entirely the customer's choice. We do not force, compel, or automate the posting process.
• You, as the business owner, are responsible for ensuring that your QR code is placed in a non-intrusive manner and that customers are not pressured into posting reviews.

5. Google's Review Policies

Our service is designed to comply with Google's guidelines for reviews. However, Google may update their policies at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform remains compliant with the latest Google Business Profile review policies.

We are not responsible for any action Google may take against your business profile, including removal of reviews, suspension of your profile, or any other penalties resulting from the use of our platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyBusinessReviews.in website — including text, design, graphics, logos, icons, code, and AI algorithms — is the property of MyBusinessReviews.in and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website or service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• MyBusinessReviews.in is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or reputation.

• Any content posted by your customers using our review generation tool
• Any violation of Google's review policies resulting from your use of our service

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms or engaging in behaviour that could harm our platform, other users, or third parties.
